My contract is €10 but i have been charged every month €10.57. When I contacted the customer support they gave lame excuse because of inflation. My contract is finishing next month and I won't continue with BEN and will recommend others be away from BEN.

Until today, I'd have given this app top rating, but since today it's acting odd. It keeps logging me out without apparent reason, - I'd changed nothing. I tried the laptop instead and had to retrieve username and reset the password in the process. The app let me login with the new password but I just about had the time to check my subscription -which was showing incorrect information, -before I was locked out again. Will I have to delete and reinstall the app? (Which I'll do now anyway)

Don't ever go to Ben. Very bad reception and they do nothing about it. Claim it's the phones fault but when I use different providers, there is no problem at all. You respond with you are here to help but that's a complete lie, I've been in contact with your support team for a long time but no one was there to help. So no a second chance will never be given and I warn everyone not to go to BEN. They also never deleted my personal data through a gdpr request. I don't use messenger so I can't...
