It's a great concept and a nice opportunity to offer customers a discount, but it's often not very practical or obvious to customers that they need the app in order to claim the discount. The app also logs out after a certain amount of time which then puts customers, especially elderly folks, in an awkward position where they have to log in or reset their password at the counter. Like I said, great concept, but I belive it could be much more user-friendly.

Hallo Sanne, dank je wel voor je reactie. De reden dat de app na een bepaalde tijd uitlogt heeft te maken met het niveau van beveiliging dat we aanhouden. Daardoor logt de app inderdaad uit en moet je opnieuw inloggen. Wanneer je het lastig vindt, dan helpen we je graag via onze service desk of staan de collega's in de winkel klaar om te helpen.

Nice app but there is major room for improvement: Introduction discount dropped from 20% to 10% from one day to the next without explanation (very disappointing, I was really counting on 20% off). Expiry dates of special offers do not match actual/current date (offer has expired but is still showing up in app). Last update erased my personal data, but showing previous emailaddress (no longer valid), kept my airmiles card data. Unable to change or update info due to invalid email showing.

I only use it for discounts codes. I hate it that I always have to login to the app when it's not convenient. The app also does not work well with a password manager (Bitwarden) on my phone so I have to copy paste the login or manually type it... Both not ideal while doing a purchase.
