So slow to log in, must write the password every single time. It is no possible to receive a notification when money is received. Many of my customers get fails many times before they can send money successfully. I find the app very under the standard expectations even though we pay for the service. The private Vipps app is way more efficient.

I have not been able to login for over a month now. Same for my colleagues... we reinstalled the app, it does not let us connect: connection refused error.

Ekstremt frustrerende å bli spurt om BankID hver gang man åpner appen (flere ganger om dagen). Det i kombinasjon med at man ikke kan få notifikasjoner om betalinger, gjør appen omtrent ubrukelig. Her må det virkelig gjøres noe! Sånn som den er nå, fronter vi heller betalingsterminalene, som til og med har lavere gebyr!
