The Electric Car App is the Norwegian Electric Car Association's mobile app for route planning. The app is now open and accessible to everyone.
With the Electric Car Association's charging map, you can easily find itineraries and get suggestions for charging stops along the way for your electric car. The itinerary is calculated based on over 15 different parameters such as battery capacity, weather and speed.
In the charging map, you can get an overview of existing charging stations with address, charging operator, charging power, charging contacts, charging time and service offerings available near the charging station. You can also rate and comment on the charging station to help other electric drivers who come after you.

After the new update, I can't figure out how to change the real range of my car. Having an e-Golf 2015, the app suggests 150 km by default, but can barely take me 100-120 before I need roadside assistance. Edit: Thank you for the response. I try changing the custom range, it however doesn't work and shows only 0 km regardless of what i choose, then still shows 150km when i save the change.

Thank you for the update! We have found and fixed the error with the e-golf! Surprisingly noone has reported this error before. You might have to reinstall the app to see the change, as some of this information is cached in the app.

New update looks good. Snappy panning and zooming in the map. Charging locations does not move when you zoom now and one button to google maps is nice.
