This app is very very buggy, the buffering takes ages to load and the overall experience is confusing moreover the internet service was okay and didn't let us complain but nowadays the internet has gotten really really slow and whilst trying to use the app for some help it just doesn't let me in, while YouTube and other heavily data consuming apps run okayish with lag here and there the worldlink app itself is unable to operate on their own wifi connection. Very poor software management.

Hire better developers or impove your API services please. My internet is being used by many people without me giving the password (they are using password cracking app) and 1 literally CANNOT add a single device to the blacklist. The move to blacklist button is a joke, says successful but the blacklist is empty. Manually adding the device does not work either, takes too long to load and error occurs saying something went wrong. An app should give a better user experience, not frustratin one.

Hopeless app. Everytime i try to login, it says verification code is sent to your registered mobile number, but the code does not get delivered despite several tries. Worldlink needs to look into this and solve the issue asap. I even called customer care, but they themselves dont know what is going on. How come they are employees of such a big ISP but dont know how to solve issues related to their own app. Currently, it's a one star for this app.
