Clear, easy to use. I love the bill insights and usage. Paying my bill is also very simple and straightforward. It's set up in a way where I can easily get all the information I need, and if I want more, I can find it, but it's not cluttering up the main space. It is a bit clunky though. It's slow sometimes.

Never works. Have had this app on my phone for years, whenever I try to login, I just get an error screen. Have uninstalled and reinstalled many times with no improvement. Would give zero stars if i could, since I've never even been able to try it.

Hi there the old version allows you to use some of my credit, the updated energy iq dose not its actually a problem because it is a credit as used for another purpose if there are direct debits and an account is well in credit then this should not be a problem as you are my power company not my bank .
