If I enter a tracking number it's not accepted by the app. Even if I successfully add that number on the website then copy and paste it into the app, it tells me the number is the wrong format... Even after the website has accepted it immediately. Can't do the absolute basic thing you need from a tracking app. I'll keep it installed for the push notifications, but otherwise pretty rubbish to use.

Ever since the last update on the 7th of March it No longer works. I paste a tracking number in and it says, incorrect barcode format. Even if I copy directly from the shippers information. But if I click on the shippers link in the email the website tracks the parcel fine. The app won't. Revert to the last version please, at least that worked

Horrible! Since the last update the only way tracking will show up on the screen is to un and reinstall, sometimes 2 or even 3 times! So frustrating... have gone back to using the website because the app is a complete waste of time!
