Never seems to remind me at the set time to put bins out or bring them in. Now it has a "technical" issue and just gives a black circle of spinning death. So glad to see my rates money being so well spent. Its now been over a week and still no progress made on that at spinning circle of death. Can now say the "technical" issue has been resolved after about another week. The developer has given some advice on getting the reminders to work better and it appears to be doing a better job.

Hi there. Some Android phones have battery saving enabled which kills background processes and stops some features of apps working. You can turn this on/off on an app by app basis. If you Google your phone model and battery saving you'll be able to find out more. Apologies for the technical issue, this was resolved so the app should work fine now.

Aside from notifications which seem to dismiss themselves, it's a great tool and has a very complete index of where to put things

Widget doesn't work. No way to remove a property. Doesn't have settings referred to. Can't set up widget. Red bin for this I think. No apps settings dots. How do I give zero?

Hi there, apologies for the issues you're experiencing. You can add/remove properties from the Collections section (with the calendar icon at the bottom) of the app. You can then choose which property to show in the widget by going to the app settings (three vertical dots) and tapping on Widget.
