This app has been through it's fair changes of updates. But as of the more modern update that came from the app developers I am running into many problems that I dislike. I can sign into the app and all is fine, but when I wanna apply top up to my account I am logged out and forced to resign into the account. The way the app was setup before the update was far better than it is now. Also there doing many false advertisements that needs to be corrected. You cannot have "UNLIMITED DATA" and the have the cap at 120GB. That's NOT unlimited and needs to be corrected. #onlyinthebahamas

This app does not work. And neither does their website. They can't even take a credit card on either and if you call 611, they say they will have tech support call back. Nobody does. Why can I top up in the store (Georgetown Exumas)with an attitude of course.but I can't do it on app or online. I have always been happy with them previously but nobody seems to want to help, even if you ask for help in the store they just shrug their shoulders. I think I will go next year to BTC.

App worked good until the update. Update really sucks cant add plans or anything. Looks good but appears very buggy. UPDATE........ 2-6-2020 updated by review as many of the bugs appear to have been worked out I have not used all the features of it but I did like the offline aspect to add a new plan without data and the ability to have additional security measures when signing in. overall it works significantly better now
