The app works but is definitely limited in functionality and could have a much better implementation. At the moment it is just useful for finding some places and saving them for later. It would be good to have a members area with renewal information. Maybe a change to the map where you can choose an area that is different to where you currently are, to show attractions close to where you might be visiting.

Let me start by saying that I love English Heritage, I support them financially and visit their places regularly, *but* this app is absolutely dreadful, it's completely and utterly unusable. The previous iteration wasn't brilliant, but at least I could actually use it. Even with the "update" for this app, it STILL doesn't work! The dev teams behind this need to go back to the drawing board and start again. When I allow it to use my location, nothing loads, I get a swirly icon that goes on for good (if I let it) - even outside, on or off wifi or good 4g, and with the location switched on, it just doesn't work. Come on EH, you can fix this!

Poor App that needs improvement. No offline content, if you have no phone signal you can't use the app. You also have to update setting whenever you go to a different location.... Drives me mad!!!! I've clicked favourite of the 125 sites I've visited in the past 12 months and just changed my phone... No way to save and sync to new phone!!!! I love English Heritage but the app is a joke.
