Live radio sucks. Why are you still struggling with something that was solved many years ago? The stream goes for a bit, then randomly pauses, then I press play, but the stream is at a different point from where it paused, then I go back 10 seconds and it's not even the same show anymore. I really wish you would figure this out. I'm a KQED supporter, but your app is making me question my decision.

1/19/24 Update: still poorly engineered, nothing against KQED but the app is terrible on my Pixel 7 Pro. Constantly cutting off, disconnects from Bluetooth speaker, if I get a text message email It disrupts the stream. I've been streaming for the past hour and it's cut off almost every few minutes. I love KQED, I'm a sustaining member but I'm upset that I can't even stream it from my phone.

I like this app, it has all my favorite KQED programs in one place. There is one problem with the app on Android. When I'm listening to a live stream and I receive a SMS notification on my phone that has sound, the app pauses and I have to manually restart the playback directly from the app. The media control from the KQED app has a play button, but that doesn't work.
