Poor customer service! I wanted to enquire about my account. The app kept sending notifications that the call was placed, even though I was not using it. When I checked my balance later, the amount showed zero!! There is no response from the Reliance service team:(

This app didn't work at all. I tried to call China without through app, and it worked. But the quality is not good, and the phone line cut off suddenly at 30minutes. Since I sign up the "Full on Plan" , which is a mandatory auto-pay monthly plan with 600 minutes, I tried to cancel this plan. The worst thing was there was no way to cancel plan. I looked through the website, checked FQA, chatted onlin, called the customer service, and sent email, none of them worked. Be careful this company!!!

Very poor support. There is lack of transparency on the charges. The customer support takes minimum 24 hours to respond...after spending days of follow up...i have given up. The initial payment made is wasted with no useful call time or response
