Poor customer service! I wanted to enquire about my account. The app kept sending notifications that the call was placed, even though I was not using it. When I checked my balance later, the amount showed zero!! There is no response from the Reliance service team:(

This app didn't work at all. I tried to call China without through app, and it worked. But the quality is not good, and the phone line cut off suddenly at 30minutes. Since I sign up the "Full on Plan" , which is a mandatory auto-pay monthly plan with 600 minutes, I tried to cancel this plan. The worst thing was there was no way to cancel plan. I looked through the website, checked FQA, chatted onlin, called the customer service, and sent email, none of them worked. Be careful this company!!!
