LimoCast powered by BeaconCast

LimoCast is an application that uses information broadcasting technology named BeaconCast that has been developed at the University of Tokyo.

Using LimoCast, in collaboration the University of Tokyo Airport Transport Service Co. Ltd., and Wire and Wireless Co. Ltd., perform the experiment of information delivery service in some limousine buses operated by Airport Transport Service Co., Ltd.


We are planning to deliver a variety of information for passengers of limousine bus. By installing this application, you can receive a variety of information in limousine bus even if your smartphone doesn't have internet connection.



【Note】
● Information delivery doesn't perform in all of limousine buses. Currently we have plan to support up to 20 buses operating between Narita and Tokyo.

● You can receive a variety of information in limousine bus even if your smartphone doesn't have internet connection.
● BeaconCast technology is using BLE (Bluetooth Low energy) or WiFi. But you can receive information without Bluetooth paring and WiFi association.
● We recommend to use Bluetooth BLE mode, if your smartphone supports BLE.
