The app for years has been fine. You just changed the whole thing. It's terrible, unusable. If it remains for longer than the weekend, I will cease even logging in. How on earth could you come up with such a poor layout. You had a program that worked. Maybe some youngster is starting out and wants to impress, but s/he wrecked it. Now maybe the program as I've known it for years is hiding, but if it doesn't show up I'm going to have to call for test results , having the same sent to me etc

This is a horrible app all around for many reasons. Their billing feature is horrendous. You can't select multiple visits to pay towards at one time. Messages is the least user friendly thing I've ever seen. You can't delete old notifications unless you view them. Conversations shows what you said but not who you send it to. Staff af northshore can mark a message that you can't reply to it and if time goes by the system automatically changes it so you can't reply.

This app is super convienient, but there are two glaring issues that need to be addressed. 1. While it was once possible to schedule multiple appointments at once, now the app requires me to search for me to go through all the specialist sub menus for each time I want to see my therapist. 2. When I go to schedule a telehealth or in-person visit I don't get to see all the doctors in the location I want to visit, but I get doctors who are in other fields/offices that don't considered ne a patient
