Horrible app nothing works. Everytime I try to enter a profile, it says it isn't available. Using a friends profile, tried looking up locations, but it comes up blank. Tried scheduling a pick up, no luck. Even months out we couldn't pick a date & then it froze. Talked to a store about doing a drop off & getting a reciept. They said I had to get a receipt thru the app! BUT THE APP DOESN'T WORK!!!! Store clerk said she couldn't help. Removing app-will find another place to donate. Waste of time.

Not good so far! Same as previous reviews- I am 11 minutes from a location but when trying to setup profile it pops up the following message: Not in service area... APP is worthless and going to uninstall it. Also very disappointing that with mostly all negative reviews there has been no response from APP developer. Apparently they don't care. Will be looking into other donation organizations.

1) Maps come up with a blank. 2) Can't schedule a pickup. I even went out months in advance to see if was a scheduling conflict that didn't allow me to continue, but it's still not able to. Can't get past the 3rd step out of 4 requesting the date of pick up. 3) App just doesn't work all around.
