I have not been able to log in 😟 when I install and then try to login, I am instantly kicked off. I have tried to reset my password but it did not work. Sad that I paid for the course and was told that I would have access to this feature, then never had. Emailing for help was unsuccessful. I was so excited about getting this certification, but now I feel defeated.

So far it records all my pdcs with ease, as long as they have activity numbers. I'm waiting to hear back about a webinar I "attended." However, I don't know why it gives you the option to look at your pdc history or past activities because when I look, nothing shows up even though it accepted and properly award the credits.

Signs out, immediately after signing in with password. Asks if I want to use saved username and password, then takes me to an authentication request, that I've received zero information about what to enter.
