What's up? Nothing is working. I used to be able to open the app, plug in the number from the ductwork sticker, etc. Now-- nothing!

Does not open any longer with the most recent update. Real shame because it was set up nicely beneficial info at your fingertips.

4th time I've tried to access the app in 2 days and nothing, just keeps trying to to load... It's been 5 months now and nothings changed. Who cares enough about this app to fix it??
