The first Polish application containing the uniform text of the ordinance of the Minister of Infrastructure of April 12, 2002 on technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location in six versions:

WT2012: WT after the amendment of November 6, 2012 - legal status as of February 23, 2013.
WT2013: WT after the amendment of July 5, 2013 - legal status as of January 1, 2014.
WT2017: legal status as of January 1, 2018
WT2019: legal status as of June 7, 2019
WT2020: legal status as of December 28, 2020
WT2022: the current version of the regulations

In order to facilitate the use of the uniform text, information on the new wording of the regulations in a given chapter / chapter was introduced in the table of contents WT2013, WT2017, WT2019, WT2020, WT2022.

The consolidated text was developed by the Modern Buildings Association based on the rules of legislative technique regarding the editing of legal texts and includes, inter alia, footnotes related to the entry into force of each amendment to the regulations.

The application provides quick access to the provisions of the Technical conditions for buildings. It has a clear table of contents and interface that allow you to easily navigate through individual sections and chapters, and the ability to easily search for terms contained in the provisions.

In addition, the application contains information on the activity profile of the Modern Buildings Association and a presentation of the expert magazine "Technical Conditions.PL".

The application provides high comfort of use for all professionals in the field of construction and gives a new quality of work with the provisions of the Technical conditions for buildings.

The application also allows you to work offline.

The application has the following functionalities:
- viewing the table of contents,
- browsing the regulations broken down into sections and chapters,
- simple search for terms contained in the regulations (at the level of sections and chapters),
- selecting and copying a selected text fragment,
- adding a selected fragment of text to bookmarks,
- the possibility of reporting problems related to the application of the provisions of the TS to the SNB.
