Information/Stats are more difficult to retrieve and less intuitive than the old app. New app requires more key strokes than the old app It's pretty, just not useful. Update: just had an update. The app is less useful than the last iteration. So far I have been unable to enter any data. I keep getting an error message telling me to try again later. What a pain. UPDATE: The app is very slow. I have attempted to use the e-check-in numerous times without success. App kicks me off.

I love this app. It's so convenient to find out test results, renew medications, schedule appointments, and even have a video online appt. with my physician. For those who have problems with the app, maybe your device isn't compatible, but call Spectrum Health tech support and they will walk you through the troubleshooting process. This has definitely made going to the doctor so much easier; no more having to listen to "elevator music" while waiting to talk to someone on the phone! 😍👍

in the app it tells me I need to update. So I press update and it goes to Google play store but there's no update. I can't even get into it because of this update which appears like some intrusive ad placed inside the app. There's no way around it. At one point it was telling me to update but after waiting several hours I was able to get into the app but now it's not letting me Edit: everything is working smoothly again. I love this app when it works properly. Edit: not working properly again
