Not great keep kicking me off doesn't load videos. Very slow but the contents us helpful so it's a shame the app isn't good. So there are 23 pages but you have to flick through all of them by hand every time you want a page and if it goes off you have to start all over again that's very frustrating and nit helpful when your desperately needing the help Doesn't anyone review this app it doesn't let you download the files what is the point of this app very cross you don't keep it working

Apologies you had a bad experience with the App. This issue was related to an old version of the app. An android update changed how files were stored. The latest version was uploaded on July 6th 2021 to resolve this issue. Thanks for your feedback on the usability, we will take this to the design group to look at better / easier navigation.

This app is full of useful NHS leaflets for things where having some easily-accessed self care advice and reassurance is greatly beneficial. I have started having anxiety / panic / stress issues, seen my GP to check there's nothing major going on, and a friend recommended this resource. They also have a website, but I find the app very handy to keep on my phone for reference. Big thanks to the NHS trust that put this material out (not my area) for the useful advice. Good to know I'm not alone.

To get working on Android you have to go into your settings and in the Self Help App settings make sure storage is on which it isn't by default when you install it. Needs a pdf reader and works fine with Adobe Acrobat.
