The Pakistan Railways app disappoints with frequent bugs and missing features. Upon opening, users are met with an error message, making it unreliable from the start. Essential features like a clear train schedule, lacking a 24-hour format, and omission of day/night indicators, leave users frustrated and unable to plan effectively. Technical issues further hamper usability, with crashes and slow loading times. The unintuitive interface adds to the frustration, burying important features. Overall

Worst app ever. Apps like these help the consumers to get the tickets hassle free. But here the case is different, you want a ticket you'll have to go through multiple apps and websites to book tickets. Although it is understandable that you have outsourced the trains for profit but the thing is booking app should only be one. So the consumers can book tickets hassle free.

my frustration with the Pakistan Railways online ticket booking system. Despite numerous attempts, the application consistently crashes, preventing me from booking my ticket. Furthermore, even after making the payment, my ticket does not appear in the booked section. To add to my woes, I have not received any email confirmation, and every time I try to contact the helpline, it's always busy. I request your assistance in resolving this issue."
