Worst money transfer service I've ever used. I used it for a simple airtime top up but my transaction has been pending for the last 16 hours. However, I checked and my bank account was debited immediately after I initiated the transaction! There is no option to cancel and I have tried to contact them by live chat as they state on their website that they are answering their phones due to covid19. However, no one has responded for the past 10 hours even though it says "typically replies in 4 mins

This service used to be so good in the past, but it's so bad now. Accounts gets credited within minutes but now, beneficiaries gets credited after 24 hours or more. It's so frustrating especially when it is urgent. Same thing as Airtime top-up. I have uninstalled the app on my phone. Something needs to be done. Thank you.

Ping Express is one of the best money transfer company l have ever used. The rates are higher and l have not had issues with their services. The speed of transfer into recipients accounts need to be looked into with a view to be the dominant money transfer that ever existed. Keep up the good work and continue serving your customers in the best possible ways. Good customers services 👍🏾
