IntraDok Mobile

IntraDok Mobile is an application designed for customers WASKO Capital Group, using Electronic Document Circulation System IntraDok.

APPLICATIONS

The application was created for our clients and their changing needs resulting from market developments.
The main task is to provide a quick method for registration of documents in ESOD IntraDok by the field staff, eg. Sales representatives, project managers, managers. Thanks to the mobile application user can forward the document to ESOD IntraDok virtually instantaneously. Just take a picture of the document and use the shipment by IntraDok Mobile.
The second objective is to provide access to selected documents through a mobile device - even offline. To do this in ESOD IntraDok share selected documents to mobile devices.

SECURITY

Each mobile device must be paired with ESOD IntraDok. Pairing is the addition of a new device in the system, defining its name and PIN. On this basis, the system generates a QR code that is scanned by IntraDok Mobile, so that the selected device is combined with the logged-on user account. The whole procedure is the same as in banking systems.
Each user can have multiple paired mobile devices. In this case, documents will be available on each of them and be synchronized in parallel.
In addition, the Administrator ESOD IntraDok is possible to remove selected devices.

DOCUMENTS

The list of documents, which were provided by mobile selected user. After clicking on the selected item presents the basic document information such as name, type, category, person responsible like.
Each document can be downloaded to the device and viewed offline.

SETTINGS

Each user has the ability to customize operation of selected elements of a mobile application, depending on your needs. In particular, it is possible to identify the folder in which to save the added documents. It is also possible to perform operations such as file name. Prefix, suffix, removing extensions, add the date and time, or manually enter the name.
