Application Schema Therapy Diary helps you in your Schema Therapy every day, day by day. With this application you can record your emotions, analyze them in charts and send a report to your therapist. Because the Schema Therapy Diary app is on your mobile, you have your emotions diary always with you. You can take notes anywhere, anytime.

With this app you can:
- Note your thoughts and emotions you have during this thoughts
- Note events which happens and emotions you have during this events
- Note your emotions you have during day, you can do this periodically for example 4 times a day
- Track your emotions on charts
- List, edit, delete notes you have wrote
- Generate reports about your emotions and send them via e-mail, for example to your therapist
- Export data from one device and import on another
- Protect application with password

For an amount of time all features of the applications are available and no ads appears. After this time ads will appear and some features will be disabled. To enable back all features and stop showing ads you can buy a license for 3 months, 1 year or 99 years.

I was thinking it would make a great app if it would have function where you could create flash card template. Like adding more questions. Because is very narrow ussually flash cards have bigger list. For example: activating event (what caused my reaction?); feeling; thought; behaviour; modes reaction (detached protector, healthy adult, lonely child and ect.); justified reaction (what mode was justified?); overreaction (what mode of my reaction was too strong?,); desired reaction. Just some random thoughts

This is rebt ( Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy ) that I learned from my counselor in counseling. I also read about rebt too . this is a very good app if anyone wants to learn rebt w a counselor who is trained to do rebt in their practice.
