My experience with fastlink is the worst. My mifi keeps on restarting every 20 minutes when i am at home because of low coverage but anywhere else it seems to be fine. Till now, the customer service couldnt solve my problem over the phone and the customer service number is not toll free!! Very Bad!!

worst ISP.. internet speed is so inconsistent dipping to 300kbps and most of the time it is between 1mbits-2mbit/s probabily tishknet and korek 3G are better than this mess.. this is not 1 location problem but 3 seperate location all of them considerably slow, it will make u not use internet at all.. so u paying for 2008's internet in 2022

I have been using fastlink for 3 years it has never been above 16mb/s-03:00 am;it usually runs at 157kb- 1.1mb max For 3-4 weeks my download speed is 0.57kb and upload speed 8.00mb The technician came,tested,saw there was a problem and said he would report it, said it should be 20mb/s and it would be solved 2-3 days later,After about a week-08/12/2019 I emailed them.;the dept has been informed they replied-i heard nothing yet-it is the 16/12/2019 Horrible service and customer care in my opinion
