Harmonogram pracy

The Schedule4 program is used to display the work schedule in a three-shift, four-shift or five-shift system for any selected month and year.

The program has the following defined systems:

- you define yourself any cyclical three-run, four-run or five-run schedule.
- it is determined whether it is a two-shift, three-shift or four-shift system.
- the number of working hours per shift is defined (6, 8 or 12, necessary for the correct display of the work norm).
- it is determined whether the holidays are days off (mainly applies to three-brigade systems).


In the program settings, define the type of work system and the starting days of the cycle for individual brigades (the first day of the first shift for A, B, C, D, and E brigades (for a five-brigade)). Based on these data, the program calculates the work schedule.

You can set the "My brigade" field, then the selected brigade column in the schedule will be highlighted.

You can add additional days off to the schedule (DW - holiday, CH - sick, and any other types, they are defined in the window Holidays - menu - Edit types of days off).
In addition to days off, you can add additional working days to the schedule.

You can add notes to individual days of the month. To view or add a note, hold your finger over the appropriate day field on the main screen. The days to which the note was added have a yellow background.
Notes can also be managed from a dedicated window.

Monthly and yearly statistics are available.

The change names, the default "1", "2" and "3", can be changed. You can also change the names of the brigades, by default "A", "B", "C", "D", "E".

The work schedule can be made available in the form of JPG graphics. Such graphics can be saved to a file or sent by MMS, e-mail, etc.

The application has the ability to create profiles and switch between them. In each profile you can save a different graphic and all settings related to it.

The program has two widgets displaying the graphics. When adding a widget to the screen, select the profile from which the schedule is to be displayed and whether the profile name should be visible in the widget.

In the program, for each shift, you can set an audible alarm for any hour. For example, on each day when the 1st shift falls, we set the morning wake up call. If an additional day off (e.g. vacation) is inserted in the schedule, the alarm does not ring.

To refresh your widgets daily and set alarms to ring at the set time, turn off battery optimization for this app.
