PSMobile Mobilny Handlowiec

PSMobile Mobilny Handlowiec supports sales representatives (SFA application). It has a Vanselling and Preselling version. It uses GPS for route planning and barcodes for creating orders or invoices.

The PSMobile Mobilny Handlowiec sales system ensures faster contact with customers and enables more effective use of the working time of sales representatives equipped with mobile devices, such as a smartphone or tablet, operating on the Android system.

The use of technologies such as Wi-Fi, GSM, Bluetooth or GPS will provide your traders, representatives and advisers with full mobility. Thanks to the use of text or fiscal printers by our mobile system, a sales representative creates his own, portable, fully professional office in the field.

The main screen presents the BP Desktop, which enables individual configuration of information useful for a sales representative (number of completed orders, margin value, etc.).

Files
PSMobile stores information about contractors and goods. At any time, the sales representative has access to the data necessary for his work, such as customer addresses, their debt status, order history, prices and goods inventory. The application also allows you to create a new contractor.

The customer file provides access to, among others:
• contact details (address, telephone number),
• GPS location,
• the amount of discounts granted,
• settlements (receivables and liabilities),
• history of commercial documents.
The application allows you to add notes from the customer list (ad hoc visit)

The goods list is stored, among others, by information:
• product data (manufacturer, barcode, etc.),
• promotions (discount and promotional price),
• availability,
• selling prices.

The application offers an advanced search, filtering and sorting mechanism.

When accepting an order or creating a sales document, the representative has the option to:
• changes in the form and date of payment,
• changes in the price of goods,
• selection of a warehouse,
• preview of the margin value,
• registration of comments,
• controlling debt limits.
Each document can be marked with a GPS location - which is important from the point of view of managing representatives.

Cash register
The system carries out all operations (KP and KW documents) that can be immediately exchanged
with a central ERP system.

Visits
In the visits module, the representative can plan his working day. Visits can be assigned tasks that must be completed during the meeting. The meeting point can be marked with GPS data. The trader also has access to the visit archive.

Course of the day
In this module we can record:
• the moment of starting and ending the working day,
• private driving,
• service,
• refueling,
• stopover,
• GPS coordinates for each of these operations.

Reports
The application for PSMobile representatives enables quick reporting through:
• built-in reports,
• central reports,
• defining your own user reports.

• Loading customer data from the database of the Central Statistical Office.
• Possibility to enter photos and attachments in customer and goods files.
