App UX is awful. Not intuitive, you are required to make meal reservations through it and cannot. It times out leaving you contacting the front desk or just hoping for the best, which isn't a great strategy in a place filled with children. Information is lacking. I ended up wasting money on tickets already included in our purchase.

Amazing park with very hospitable people in the hotel if you need a map you can pick up a folder! Don't give the app 1 star if you don't understand it! Just ask for help at the reception.

Awful UX - difficult to find things. Almost zero filtering; we took our kids and there's no way to filter rides by height - you have to go through and tap on every ride on the map. No way of filtering menus for allergies. Saving 'favourite' rides doesn't tell you where in the park they are - again, needing to tap through and re-check. Lazily developed app. Basically a paper map on your phone - only slightly better than having a PDF. Grab a printed map and use that instead!
