Your app and business are awful. Moving between multiple devices does work. Casting infrequently works. When it does random drops in quality will happen. IT a disgrace the amount of money you ask for this service and this is the way you make live matches available. Criminal. Hope you lose the broadcasting rights to the URC soon as you are incompetent morons when it comes to app design.

Poor app PS need to do better. Moved over from viaplay who's app was far superior. There is no way to cast to my LG TV and no app available there at the moment. Seems more expensive for less content. Inability to continue a game without fast forwarding to where I was (not able to jump back in when I have a spare 10 mins.) Thinking about cancelling subscription.

Switched from viaplay and no warning when money would be taken. If premier are taking over subscription basic customer service would be welcome email / confirmation of subscription dates etc. Seems nothing has changed with the quality of product. If I'd know in advance I'd have cancelled. I'd love to escape! Terrible product and experience for watching ice hockey.
