First time using a bike, as a tourist: I return the bike to a dock, it gets locked in but does not register that the trip is done. I had to call the support number, fortunately they spoke English, for them to end the trip. In the meantime I got charged an extra 2 euros for going over 45 minutes. On top of that, the app freezes constantly.

Technically speaking, the app is not reliable at all. It constantly freezes forcing me to kill and restart the app. Geolocation is super slow. It logs users out way too often. On the UX side, it is ok. I would consider improving the feedback system (star rating system) to take other input which would make easier identifying the bicycle weaknesses. Bikes on on the hand are normally great.

Extremely difficult to set up an account, add payment method and then complete payment for a 2 euro day subscription pass. App is not very user friendly or simple when it comes to completing a bike rental.
