Edit: after the developer's advice, reinstalling the app fixed the issue. Original review: Current app version doesn't show the active parking. It does show it if you try to create a new one but still there's no way to cancel it, leading to waste of money if I get to my car prior to the planned end of parking time. Fix it!

We have detected an anomaly in our app. We advise you to uninstall and reinstall the VV Estacionar app. Alternatively, clear the app's cache. We can assure you that our technical team is already trying to find a solution to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I have a via verde account which I used to order a visitors transponder. I want to pay for parking too, which for some reason requires a completely different app. I ordered the transponder on the English website but both apps are only in Portuguese. Why is there no English version? You provide an English website to order a visitor transponder but then don't provide an English app. I also cannot log in with my via verdi account details in this parking app, it just says "Erro inesperado"!

Parking not working, got some error. Support is horrible (send 2 emails and made one call, they recommend to send email. Chat bot is useless about parking problems) - no one is answering, pure ignore.
