I am not able to see the clock in and out tab in the app. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it but same problem happening also there is no customer care number so that we can reach out to them and tell the problem

It's disappointing to hear about your experience with the software and app service. Reliability is crucial, and it's concerning that the app and software frequently encounter issues. The unmet promises and denial of customizations after the agreement are further frustrating. Being stuck with inactive modules halfway through the year adds to the dissatisfaction. It sounds like there are significant improvements needed for a more reliable and customer-friendly service.
