Seems like an OK app, I do very little with it apart from using the QR code, but it seems a little buggy. The one bug I hate is that you cannot change the profile picture. Definitely needs a quick fix!!

1) I don't understand why is not possible to renew my subscription whenever I want. Maybe I want a 1 week break on between or I have some personal issues to solve. The 1 week before the end of the subscription remainder to pay the subscription is frustrating. I will pai it if I'll need it! And if I don't need a gym subscription right then, the invasion with emails "you have an unpayed subscription ", "please proceed with the payment" etc begins. 2)The app has many bugs . . . n)

The app and the website are very unintuitive and you can barely find any info. The new plans are advertised for a certain centers each, but you have no possibility to check which are those. Customer support answers in ages. It was ok some time ago, but these prices are just not worth it. Awful overall customer experience EDIT: changing from 2 to 1 points, it's just useless, I cannot even find any ceters in other cities that I am currently located in..
