I don't understand who would in the right state of mind allow this kind of change. The new look of the so called app is horrible not to mention that whatever you want to do it takes you to the browser, you could have just left it as it was and if you weren't into the old colours you could have changed them. It is very disappointing and frustrating. Sorry to say but if i wasn't the old customer i would have just not bother becoming one. From my point of view i would rate all of this 1 out of 10.

The login to the app is simply not working for me for a month now. I recently moved from MTS to Yettel but the app won't let me sign in when I enter my phone number. It says that the login code was sent but I receive nothing. I even checked all notification and permission settings, everything seems fine. But I am not receiving SMSM from Yettel. I also went many times to the shop, no employee managed to help me. I also reinstalled the app many times. And nothing. Not sure what else can be done.

Awful. After the rebranding, everything went downhill. First the name, then the desing, which is the worst combination I've ever seen (Like, come on, lime and white?) and then the app itself. First: Every time the app will redirect you to the browser, which makes the point of the app pointless. Second: The app oftenly crashes as error code 400 upon starting and booting. Third: The reaction speed AND loading speed of the app's content is horribly slow. In short: The app shouldn't have changed.
