1) Has something happened? Have you been involved in an accident? Calm down. Everything will be fine. Click the "Participant" button. The system will determine your location, and the application will be automatically sent to the nearest available Emergency Commissioners. The dispatcher will contact you in the shortest possible time, advise your next steps, and you will be able to see in the application your Emergency Commissioner and his movement towards you.


2) Did you have a breakdown or need the services of a tow truck? Select the appropriate button in the application. Wait for the Operator to call. Avtospas will select a contractor for you at a price agreed with you.

3) We invite you to join the roadside assistance program. If you witness an accident, report it using the Autospas application. The nearest available Avarcom will answer your call. In the application you will be able to monitor the implementation of your application “in real time”.
By using the “Witness” button, you will provide a service to people who have been involved in an accident and are experiencing stress after the accident; you will help relieve the city from the “traffic jams” that are bothering everyone. And of course, if the Autospas Emergency Commissioner registers an accident at your call, you will receive a pleasant bonus from him.
