"Ekovizor" informs the user about the current level of air pollution in Krasnoyarsk, Achinsk, receiving data from the federal and the regional automatic weather stations. The data is updated every hour.

In addition to quantitative indicators "Ekovizor" displays tips for the user, how to reduce risk to health in the event of high levels of pollution.

Atmospheric pollution is expressed as the Air Quality Index AQI (from the English. Air Quality Index). This international indicator of atmospheric pollution by various chemicals and dust. It is used to inform the public about air quality in the current time in a particular place.

Measured on a scale from 0 to 500. The range of values ​​are color scale:

· From 0 to 50 points (green) - the air is clean.

· From 51 to 100 points (yellow) - moderately polluted air.

· From 101 to 150 points (orange) - air is unfavorable for sensitive groups of the population.

· From 151 to 200 points (red) - the air is unfavorable

· From 201 to 300 points (purple) - air is extremely poor.

· From 301 to 500 points (maroon) - air is dangerous.

In this case the user is not required to constantly monitor the smartphone screen. In case of unfavorable atmospheric conditions, the application itself informs the user via push-updates.

One of the features of the application - the "people's" pollution map. On this map, each user can make information on air pollution. If you see smoke, or feel unable chemical smell in the air - click the "plus sign" on the map and assess the level of contamination on a scale. Your score will be placed on the map at the location where you are, and it instantly see all the "EkoVizor" application users.

Besides it appears to the user:

· Meteorological information: current temperature, humidity, pressure, wind strength and direction

· Detail on individual automated weather stations and for individual pollutants to view the dynamics of the measurement for the last day
