The HouseClever Smart Home application is a mobile platform for the automatic management of apartments, country houses, office and industrial premises.

The unified ecosystem of the Smart Home combines both wireless devices and devices connected via wires.

Our application is a ready-made dispatching system for management companies with database maintenance, with an encrypted data transfer system, with graphs and charts of work statistics, with control and monitoring of managed objects, with the ability to connect payment systems and many other resources.

Key features of the control system:

- Heating.
The accuracy of temperature settings up to 0.1 Celsius, the mode of adjustment and correction of temperature, temperature maps. Customizable modes of operation, from deep minuses to hot pluses;

 - Protection against water leakage.
Control of ball valves with electric drive according to the signals of leakage sensors, timers, temperature conditions. We are expanding the use of ball valves - from heating systems to supplying gas and oil through a pipeline;

- Contactor management
Lighting, sockets, heating boilers, starting diesel generators and so on;

-Lighting.
The lighting section is rich in control capabilities for fixtures using scripts, motion sensors and light. Each switch connected to the system becomes “smart”.

 - Alarm.
The system remembers all the events that occur, collects the readings not only of the security sensors, but also from other control systems. On the basis of this "mathematics" a more advanced security system is being formed;

 - Counters.
Convenient connection of resource consumption meters to the system. Accounting for the volume and cost of resources consumed;

Flexible configuration of the scenarios of the Smart Home system - timers, sensors, graphical charts, processing of statistical information, allow you to get real savings and choose the most optimal resource management modes.

The software works on all versions of Android. The application allows you to individually configure the system to the requests and wishes of each user.

In older versions of the Android operating system (prior to Android 2.3 Gingerbread), graphical display of statistics diagrams does not work correctly, this does not affect the operation of the system itself.
