Our staff can help adults and children with assessment, advice and treatment for a wide range of conditions online. It can apply to anything from allergies, abdominal discomfort or a cold. We also have specialist dermatologists for you who seek care for, for example, rashes, eczema, blisters or acne.
If you have worries or anxiety or experience stress, you can see a psychologist directly in our app with a short waiting time. We offer meetings via video calls and also a number of different IKBT programs for those who want to undergo treatment a little more on their own.

I did a COVID-19 antibody test 3 weeks ago, organized through this app. Still have not received result, and there is no way to contact them asking about it. In the app the chatbot says I will receive an sms or email. But there is no option to complain if you don't. I've sent an email to the customer care email address, but that is only for issues with the app itself. So I haven't received response there either. Their service might be good in other areas, but this experience was rather poor.

I am very happy with possibility to have psychologists appointment with psycholog Anders every circa 3 weeks. He is very good. It helps me to review my life and where I am, how I progressed, however I need to have also regular psychotherapy every week, where I have full 60min session. Another way it would be impossible to make big progress in 30min session once a month.

Almost always had a good experience but unfortunately they couldn't solve problem online and didn't give an actual written referral . And when i asked for refund they told me they will refund me this time but next time patient fee will still be charged. Why should I pay twice once to Doktor.se and once to Vårdcentral they should give actual written referral or cancel the fee if they are unable to fix something themselves or give actual written referral
