1. Open-ended feedback form doesn't allow punctuations like full-stops. 2. Error message is not specific enough. It states to include only alphanumeric characters, but since full-stops are usually considered alphanumeric, I took some times to figured out the problem. 3. By the time I figured out the problem and clicked "submit", I got logged out and had to restart the process.

I cant believe i cannot log in even after trying again up to ten times & this application had to be down on NIE results day sighz. I wanted to share a screenshot of the error page here but I dont think the review section of this app allows it so. I will leave it like this for now.
