About this app
The OneService App is a convenient platform that allows you to make improvements to your neighbourhood, access information, receive alerts, and engage one another- anytime, anywhere.
- Improve your neighbourhood by submitting feedback
Fix issues like cleanliness, pests and maintenance of greenery and infrastructure by using this App. We will help to direct your feedback to the relevant Town Council or authorities such as HDB, NEA, LTA and NParks. There is no need for you to indicate which agency is responsible!
- Be informed of happenings in your neighbourhood
Receive dengue and air quality alerts. Be informed of renovation works and lift faults in your block.
- Make a difference in your neighbourhood
Refer persons in need to social service agencies via the Help Neighbour feature. Participate in surveys via ‘What Say You?’ to provide your views on your living environment.
- Enjoy facilities in your neighbourhood
Book facilities such as void decks and multi-purpose halls for weddings and funerals.
Find parking in nearby carparks, pay for parking at coupon-based car parks.

ABOUT ONESERVICE
This application is a Smart Nation Initiative developed by the Municipal Services Office. Municipal Services Office partners 17 Town Councils and 10 government agencies:

- Land Transport Authority (LTA)
- National Environment Agency (NEA)
- National Parks (NParks)
- People’s Association (PA)
- PUB, the National Water Agency

What's the point of having and app that does not work?! I uninstalled it some time ago n when I reinstall it today, it does not connect. I'm able to surf other websites except this! Forever getting 'connectivity error'! Tried twice n I give up!

Known for it efficiency, SG public services didn't fail to impress me when my report of a toppled pedestrian crossing signage (via OneService app) was attended to and reinstated by a week's time. Updates via the app were also timely sent out. Kudos to all involved! Thank you from a Springside Walk resident.

Seriously. Why now all apps after download need to given permission to auto/full access photo or contact etc before we able to use apps. This doesnt make sense and logic. Dont have our protection human rights? Making more crimes happen if not careful. Should be needed to choose ON/OFF than permit to access.

Dear Diana, you can still use the OneService app without granting photo gallery permissions. Camera permissions is required to take a photo using the in-app camera. We do not request contact access to use the app. If the app has requested contact access, please take a screenshot and email us at mso_appenquiry@mnd.gov.sg. - OneService Team
