Very useful app. Not made to engage but to help. However some options that I keep choosing every month doesn't appear as favourites. I have to look for it everytime. Also internet function changes from 4G to E just like that inspite of using only 100MB in a day whereas for others it shows 4G at that very place and time! Third complaint is the internet does not work all of a sudden and I have to reset it over and over. Overall NTC is a very good service provider.

I have version 4.0.37 of the app installed on my phone. On the FTTH dashboard, I get a blank WiFi settings page when I tap on Settings. Also, it would be nice to have the option to filter or block devices right from the FTTH dashboard.

Apps keep crashing when I tried to transfer balance or try to check usage histary. since few days. I reinstall apps several times but keep getting same problem. Please fix apps.
