About this app

The My A1 mobile application is intended for all A1 users who want to monitor information about their subscription relationship. With the application, you can review your current consumption, change mobile or landline packages, buy various mobile and landline options, find the nearest point of sale via an advanced geo-locator, and for those of you going abroad, you can check the prices for providing services abroad.

The application also allows you to use the A1 Protekt service, which ensures greater safety for you and your family. As part of the A1 Protekt service, you can also turn on the VPN network, which enables you to browse the Internet more securely. The VPN network cannot be activated without leasing the A1 Protekt option.

Registration in the application is possible only with a username and password. If you do not yet have a user profile, you can easily register in the application.

Free month of various services (eg. Deezer) advertised and offered to users, applying for that breaks the previouly paid subscription service, switching back to paid plan not possible within the A1 system. Customer support is not helpful at all, going as far as to promise feedback that doesnt happen, service still broken after more than half a month and multiple help requests.

I dont understand why it's charging few cents every couple of days.. Its really annoying as 10€ of charging will only last for paying 5€packet once instead of twice

- basic validation does not work: sign up fails with generic "unexpected error" (prislo je do nepricakova napake). On the website I get the error "username too short" => please fix this! - login impossible: I get "no permission" error (nimate pravic za prijavo v izbrano aplikacijo). again, in the browser it works (using a password manager) -> I would just use the browser and not care about the app if it has such problems, BUT in the browser I can only change my address, nothing else?!???
