I am not a citizen of Turkey, I am a foreigner, I am Somali. I have been living in Istanbul for 5 years but now I am in another country. This app is very helpful because I am always asked for a document about my stay in Turkey, this is where I can find it. The second advantage is that all documents are free, only you need the Internet. Thank you to the Turkish government and its people. I would request if you see my feedback that you add the English language to us because they do not use Tur

İt's systematic easy to use and integrated to all things that needed for local or foreigner that have permit residence, i hope the developer can add more upgrade so the application interface mor smooth and also can have notification status display for everything that in or ongoing. Overall good application!

For a government application that everyone in the country uses citizens and non-citizens who are residing in Turkey the English translation is not all there whether you enter the wrong information all the prompts are in Turkish which is not very helpful when you are trying to set it up and use it so whoever is in charge should really give it all they got to make it better for none turkish-speaking people. It can be much better for SURE it's 2021 and millions of people use it.
