The new app was forced upon us. The old app was working perfectly for me. The new app does not work on my phone because the DRM is not compatible........thus I have no Eir sport despite the fact that it is part of Eir's obligation through my contract..???? Surely your software people can sort out this issue for the vast amount of your customers who are encountering this issue. As per usual, it is virtually impossible to get a response from Eir. Given the above, I rate the app at the lowest possible level

Worked great on my previous device. Occasionally dropped frames but always played. But i cant register my new device. Three months it has been going on. It keeps telling me i have used my swap for the month even though i havent. I was hoping to get it working for friendlies at the end of the month but i might as well delete the app now as its worthless from next month on as there will be no BT Sport.

Tried to open this app on various android phones without success. All I got is a message stating that the sports channel is no longer available (not that I wished to view a sports channel). I went through all the set-up instructions on the info page but found nothing to help. This is a useless app and unfortunately I will have to change to another provider when my contact ends.
