Based around the ‘Five Ways To Well-Being’ (Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give), Fresh Air gives your mental health a whole lot of love by doing just a little. We’re making taking care of your mental health the new normal.

This is a beta so the more feedback we receive the better Fresh Air can be!

It was okay but it got a bit boring after a while, some mini games or other activities would make it more enjoyable and motivate people to use it.

It was okay but there could be more... maybe adding rewards for collecting lightning bolts, then when you get rewards you can unlock minigames?
