Parents simply choose the type of childcare they are looking for and enter their postcode to see a list of local childcare providers.

Childcare provider profiles contain information such as My Qualifications, My Experience, My Availability, My Documents and My Fees together with ratings and reviews from other parents who have used their services.

I've been a member for years and have not gotten a job once. I have had many multiple parents contact me but unfortunately are not able to get through to be because I'm not a 'Gold Member' and nor can i message them. 24 pounds a month! Which is neither helpful for me nor the parents who need childcare. What's the point of the app then if neither hosts can contact each other. Terrible.

Hi Danielle - We congratulate you on your perseverance in trying to find a job for many years but without success. Over a million people have found childcare jobs and childcare without paying anything at all. Our app is extremely successful and we have been in business for over 15 years. We wish you good luck in finding employment in the future.

I live in Sheffield and I have now my third job but before in London I have never had any job through the app for 10 years. However I really do like the CPD courses, insurance and forms available on the website. I wish it would be cheaper though. I could not work out how the discounts works to attend kid's attractions yet. Anyway a lots of opportunities included to be a member here.

It costs £24 a month if you want to communicate with other people or get their contact details. It's called gold membership. It automatically sets up as direct debit and there's no option to cancel your membership. The money keeps going out, i just wrote them to ask to cancel my membership. It should be free or much less. 24£ is too expensive.

Hello Saba T - Thank you for your review. Disappointingly, the claims that you have made are not correct. Gold membership via our Android app is a one-off payment made by in-app purchase and does not automatically renew. We offer lots of free services and it is possible to find childcare or childcare work without paying anything at all.
