Easy to navigate and use. The estimate is pretty accurate and only wouldn't be so if traffic was bad. The estimated wait time was accurate and updated frequently with dispatch and arrival of the driver. I loved that I was able to rate the driver after the trip. It was my first time using this app and I did not realize I would not be able to add a tip after my trip had ended. The vehicle was in great condition and spotless. A very professional service and a reasonable rate.

App Works well when needed. only let me down once, but the issue was resolved affiiantly with care and understanding. Drivers are friendly and kind. Thank you so the service always use them

This 'upgraded' of the app is dreadful. I can no longer make any card payments as it removed my card but claims I still have one on my account?, And it lists places, like Maggie Mays which has 3 different locations, all at the same address. Other bugs, like deleting all my previous bookings, or not allowing me to accurately see on the map where it thinks I am or where my taxi is, causing taxi's to show up at incorrect places. The older version of the app worked 100% of the time.
