Amazing app with Fraser Plus, where you have a choice of how much you can pay each month. I love the House of Fraser app. They always have the offers on .

Poor app and lousy user experience overall. The text and buttons are all over the place. Looks terrible on the screen. Sadly the same can be said for their other app, Fraser plus which is appalling and even worse. š

not organised enough your customer service is more condition and make sure I get the full package of what I ordered because when I order here I never get everything I paid for
