Very hard work to order a pizza. App allows you to put deal combos in the basket that you can't actually order, asks if you want to round up for charity but if you do it won't let you complete the order. Keeps saying items in the basket have been adjusted but then deletes some items from the basket. I've just spent over half an hour trying to order; on previous attempts I've given up and gone elsewhere. These issues have been going on for ages without being fixed.

worst app experience ever. Everytime I pay, the app takes my money but the delivery doesn't go through. a few months ago when this happened, I went to papa johns store near my house and they said nothing came up on the system despite payment being confirmed. The store compensated me but I thought this was an anomaly that was fixed, so I tried ordering again only for it to take my money twice, without any order confirmation and it bringing me back to the order checkout screen.

App payment don't work, PayPal doesn't work at all. And card payment now take you to a website that doesn't load. Was charged twice and have no confirmation in the app or via email that my order has been placed at all! Only after calling the store directly did they confirm my order, and cancelled the double order. But both payments still pending in ny banking app.
