Placed my very first order. It states that order might be delivered by 3rd party, which is okay. Got an email saying its been delivered. Went to check, nothing has been delivered. Called customer support, they offered me refund instead. Very disappointing, completely waste of time. Also prices are higher than at actual store, plus you need to pay for delivery.

Rubbish. The products shown are not authentic to true availability. This posed a problem for me personally because when i was called to notify me of the situation, i had to make a decision there and then without being able to see the ingredients first - i have an autoimmune disorder. Also, the app doesn't reflect accurately the status of the order. My last order was well over an hour late. I phoned to cancel it and, to put it simply, iwas lied to.

Worst service ever! Supposed to be a convenient service for lazy people - it's very not convenient to spend 20 mins on the phone trying to find out where your order is and then having to cancel because it's clearly not coming. Avoid like the plague.
